John San Pablo
Chairman & CEO

At just 11, John’s passion for music grew when he discovered DJing. His innate talent and commitment quickly distinguished him, and by 14, he was recognized as one of Fajardo, Puerto Rico's top DJs. He enchanted audiences with his flawless mixes and infectious energy.

Beyond DJing, John’s musical talent flourished. With a voice inherited from his mother, he pursued singing, honing his vocal skills and forging a unique path of his own.

In 1983, he started providing background vocals for Latin club artists in New York City, becoming immersed in the vibrant Latin music scene. His rich voice and natural sense of harmony quickly made him a sought-after artist.

As time passed, John’s ambition to create his own music intensified. In 2000, he made a significant move by building his first recording studio in his garage. This modest yet vital space marked the beginning of his music production career, allowing John to refine his production skills, experiment with sounds, and develop a distinctive style that would later resonate with fans around the globe.

Sermone Frink
President

Sermone began his music career with his best friend and bassist Eddie Walton, recording for independent artists before being discovered by Kevin Maxwell of Tommy Boy Records. Under Maxwell's mentorship, Sermone honed his skills as a studio musician and programmer, working with artists like Big Daddy Kane. As music director for Paul Davis, he met Ray Chew, leading to opportunities with Angie Stone and Alicia Keys.

Sermone later served as music director for the NYC Youth Chorus, performing with Elton John and the London Philharmonic Orchestra. His production work under Joseph 'JoJo' Brim at Def Soul deepened his industry knowledge.

After shifting focus to music composition, Sermone scored the MTA strike documentary and tracks for Universal Music Group. Through a connection with John San Pablo, he helped launch Lisen Deep Music Group, where he now serves as President.
